Return & Refund Policy

At Mushmerizing, we’re committed to delivering premium mushroom-based products. Since our products are food and wellness consumables, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.

1. No Returns on Opened Products

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a product is opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Returns Accepted Only If

  • The product is incorrect (wrong item sent).

3. Return Conditions

  • The wrong item must be unopened and untampered to be eligible for return.

  • Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

  • Please email us at info@mushmerizing.com with your order ID, photos/videos and issue details.

  • Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible.

  • If valid, we will arrange for the incorrect product to be collected from you.

5. Verification and Replacement

  • After the product reaches us, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will promptly dispatch the correct product to you.

  • Please note: refunds for the incorrect product are not available, only the replacement will be provided.

6. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used packs.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Products purchased during special promotions/discount sales.

  • Our products’ general consumption guidelines can be found in the FAQ section. While mushrooms are safe for most people, a few individuals may be sensitive. As such reactions are rare and personal, we kindly note that the brand cannot assume responsibility, and refunds may not be applicable.

7. Our Rights

  • Mushmerizing reserves the right to deny returns/refunds if the request doesn’t meet the above conditions.

  • The decision of the company will be final and binding.
