At Mushmerizing, we’re committed to delivering premium mushroom-based products. Since our products are food and wellness consumables, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.
1. No Returns on Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a product is opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Returns Accepted Only If

The product is incorrect (wrong item sent).
3. Return Conditions

The wrong item must be unopened and untampered to be eligible for return.

Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.
4. How to Raise a Return Request

Please email us at info@mushmerizing.com with your order ID, photos/videos and issue details.

Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible.

If valid, we will arrange for the incorrect product to be collected from you.
5. Verification and Replacement

After the product reaches us, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will promptly dispatch the correct product to you.

Please note: refunds for the incorrect product are not available, only the replacement will be provided.
6. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Opened or partially used packs.

Products without original packaging.

Products purchased during special promotions/discount sales.

Our products’ general consumption guidelines can be found in the FAQ section. While mushrooms are safe for most people, a few individuals may be sensitive. As such reactions are rare and personal, we kindly note that the brand cannot assume responsibility, and refunds may not be applicable.
7. Our Rights

Mushmerizing reserves the right to deny returns/refunds if the request doesn’t meet the above conditions.
